The project unfolds across all brand touchpoints—both on the ground and in-flight—to align promise, uses, and perceptions. From the first point of contact to boarding, from onboard service to moments of comfort, every detail contributes to a shared intention: establishing a clear, coherent, and lasting signature.
Our intervention covers the design of the 360° brand identity, customer experience and phygital journeys, the 3D guidelines, onboard products, as well as the new agency concept and the Business lounge.
