














For over eight years, we have been supporting the jewelry Maison FRED in the deployment and evolution of its retail spaces and scenographic installations, in France and internationally.
This long-term collaboration has led us to work on boutiques and pop-ups across diverse cultural contexts—from Paris to Seoul, Riyadh, Dubai, Sydney, and Melbourne. Project after project, we have developed an in-depth understanding of FRED’s world—its codes, rituals, narrative, and the way it takes shape within space.
Our work focuses on the design of customer experiences, the development of ROX journeys, and the support of in-store uses (CX), translating the Maison’s identity into precise, coherent solutions that remain sensitive to local contexts.
