The Business Lounge at Roland-Garros Airport in La Réunion was designed to accommodate long-haul passengers in an environment attentive to use and the quality of waiting time. The project proposes an interpretation of hospitality codes adapted to the airport context.

Conceived as an open house, the 138 sqm space is organized into several sequences: a defined entrance, a lounge area with subdued tones, and a circular bar at the back of the space. Partition elements structure the layout without enclosing it, supporting different uses — dining, working, resting — within a clear and calm environment.

The project is based on a measured approach, attentive to materials, light, and detail. The bar, composed of brass slats and golden mirrors, acts as a focal point that structures the space. Along the façade, a system of layered curtains filters natural light and responds to variations throughout the day.
